I was completely overwhelmed in the most positive way by how many people attended my 2pm workshop Saturday for ‘WEAR YOUR ART’ presented by Creative Arts Gympie Region

& Arts Queensland

Then from 5.30pm the venue at 13 River Rd was filled (to Covid safe capacity) for our free ‘WEAR YOUR ART’ Fashion event, with a cash bar, and live music by my Elke and her talented friends who have formed a lil covers band called ‘ROBERT’. (It was their very first gig and we loved having them on board)

I’m so grateful to Lisa, Nicole, Sandra and Keith at Creative Arts Gympie Region (CAGR) for inviting me to present a room full of my archived works… it was such a pleasure and it has ignited a desire to prepare for my first solo exhibition sometime in the future.

Thanks so much to everyone who came out, the creative community vibe was just amazing. (So many more images to share of outcomes created in stencil and sewing plus social photos from the night!)
